Canapés are what we make more of than anything else. Villa parties, wedding cocktail hours, birthdays, private dinners where nobody wants to sit down for three courses — this is the food that carries the room.

We make ours by hand, in our own kitchen, the French way. No frozen bases, no pre-made shells sitting in a box since last season. That matters more than it sounds like it does: a canapé lives or dies on texture, and texture is the first thing to go when something has been sitting.

Everything we create is made to order, so think of this as inspiration rather than a fixed menu. At Fait Maison Bali, we tailor every selection to your event, your guests and the way you want to entertain.

Our cold canapés can include smoked salmon on blinis, foie gras, tartare, marinated vegetables and cured fish. Hot canapés are prepared throughout the event and served fresh from the kitchen in waves — particularly fried bites, delicate pastries and anything designed to be enjoyed immediately.

Our grazing tables and platters bring together carefully selected charcuterie, cheeses, French-style terrines, seasonal fruit, homemade bread and accompaniments. Each display is sized according to your number of guests and arranged to remain generous and inviting throughout the event — not just when the first photograph is taken.

For more relaxed occasions, our bites and finger food offer an easy alternative: small portions designed to be enjoyed without cutlery or a formal plate. Perfect for cocktail parties, villa events, weddings and private gatherings in Bali, where guests are standing, talking and moving throughout the evening.

Based in the Denpasar and Sanur area, we regularly cater for villa events, celebrations and special occasions in Sanur, Seminyak, Canggu, Ubud, Uluwatu, Nusa Dua, Jimbaran and surrounding areas.

Our team can also travel anywhere in Bali upon request. From food preparation and delivery to buffet setup, and on-site event service, we take care of the details so you can simply enjoy your event.

There's no fixed package and no set price list on this page, because we've never had two events that needed the same thing.

Tell us the date, the number of guests, where you are on the island, and roughly what the event is. We'll come back with a proposal built around it. If you have a budget in mind, say so at the start — it saves both of us time and we can usually work within it.
