Pain Perdu Brioche / French Toast – By Fait Maison Bali

Inspired by my grandmother’s brioche recipe, this comforting classic features thick slices of brioche gently soaked in a fragrant vanilla custard, then slowly roasted until golden and tender. Served with red berries coulis.

Soft on the inside with a delicate caramelized finish, this pain perdu is rich yet balanced, evoking nostalgia and homemade warmth in every bite.
