  • Gently reheat the syrup with the bag (in the microwave or in simmering water) until warm to hot (around 50°C).

    Pour all the syrup at once over the baba, leaving it inside its container.
    Cover and let it gently absorb the syrup until fully soaked.

    Turn out upside down directly onto a serving plate.

    Et voilà, it’s ready.
