  • Thaw Safely
    → Transfer the sealed bag from the freezer to the chiller and allow it to thaw slowly and safely.

    Reheat Like a Pro
    → Open the bag and place the Duck on an oven-safe dish. Roast at 180°C for about 20 minutes until the skin is crisp and golden.
    → Alternatively, sear in a non-stick pan with olive oil to add color, then finish in the oven at 200°C for a few minutes.

    Finishing Touch
    → Warm one of our festive sauces, pour generously over the duck, and plate beautifully.
    → Serve with the roasted root vegetables for a complete feast.
