Homemade Lasagna
(from thawed):
• Option 1 – Sous-vide: Submerge the vacuum-sealed pouch in boiling water for 12 minutes
→ Open and finish under your oven grill for 3 to 5 minutes (depending on power)
• Option 2 – Oven: Remove from pouch, place in tray, heat for 15 to 20 min at 180°C
• Option 3 – Air fryer: Remove from pouch, heat for 10 to 15 min at 160°C
