Porchetta Fait Maison Style
Thaw Safely
→ Transfer the sealed bag from the freezer to the chiller and allow it to thaw slowly and safely.Reheat Like a Pro
→ Open the bag and place the porchetta on an oven-safe dish. Roast at 180°C for about 15 minutes until the skin is crisp and golden.
→ Alternatively, sear in a non-stick pan to add color, then finish in the oven at 200°C for a few minutes.Finishing Touch
→ Warm one of our festive sauces, pour generously over the porchetta, and plate beautifully.
→ Serve with the roasted root vegetables for a complete feast.
