Warm gently in the oven or air fryer for a few minutes—just enough to heat through (do not overheat).
Place the tart, still in its casing, upside down on the plate.
Using the tip of a knife, make a couple of small holes in the aluminium casing to let air in—this will allow the casing to release easily.
